Account Registration

92ok reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change in Account activity patterns. Acceptable verification documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate accompanied by a secondary document confirming residential address. 3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 92ok will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. One Account Per Person
Each player may hold exactly one Account. Duplicate accounts are identified via device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing. Violations result in immediate suspension of all linked accounts.
Two-Factor Authentication

4.2 Deposit Conditions
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. For bank transfer deposits, a processing delay of up to two hours may apply during high-volume periods. 4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
