Definitions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations as a registered 92ok user.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 92ok website, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm unconditionally that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these terms.

2.1 Modifications to These Terms

92ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the 92ok platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent revision was made.

2.2 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation provided for reference purposes, the English language version shall govern and take precedence in all respects.

2.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be interpreted as closely as possible to the original intent within the limits of applicable law.

Account Registration

To access real-money games, live cricket betting markets, and withdrawal services on 92ok, you must create a registered Account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the 92ok platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

All of the following conditions must be satisfied before registering a 92ok Account:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from 92ok or any other platform with which 92ok has a reciprocal self-exclusion arrangement.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of an employee of the 92ok platform operator or its affiliated game providers.

3.2 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number (used as your primary Account identifier and for OTP verification), and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account pending review.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

92ok reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change in Account activity patterns. Acceptable verification documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate accompanied by a secondary document confirming residential address. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until identity verification is satisfactorily completed. 92ok may, at its discretion, require additional documentation as part of enhanced due diligence procedures.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 92ok will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify the 92ok support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 92ok accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 92ok platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 92ok does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion to Account balances. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals unless otherwise stated.

Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or anonymous payment sources are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed where possible, or held pending investigation. 92ok reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the funding source before crediting a deposit to your BDT Wallet.

Deposits are credited to your 92ok BDT Wallet in real time for mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). For bank transfer deposits, a processing delay of up to two hours may apply during high-volume periods. If a deposit has not been credited after the stated processing time, contact the 92ok support team via live chat with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being met prior to processing:

• Your Account identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed and approved.
• Any active Bonus Funds in your Account must have their associated wagering requirements fully satisfied before Real Money Funds derived from Bonus activity can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as part of 92ok's anti-money-laundering controls.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 applies to mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Withdrawals requested during peak BPL and IPL match periods may experience processing times at the upper end of the stated range due to elevated transaction volumes.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

92ok maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with responsible platform standards. We monitor account activity for patterns consistent with money laundering, structuring, or the use of the platform as a funds transfer vehicle without genuine gaming intent. Where such patterns are identified, 92ok reserves the right to freeze the Account, withhold pending withdrawals, conduct enhanced due diligence, and report the matter to relevant authorities as required. Funds deposited and withdrawn without significant genuine gaming activity may be subject to a processing fee or full reversal at 92ok's discretion.

Bonuses & Promotions

92ok offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh gaming events such as BPL season and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any additional specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are credited in Bonus Funds form and are held separately from Real Money Funds in your BDT Wallet until wagering requirements are met.
• A player may hold only one active welcome bonus at any given time. Attempting to claim the same welcome bonus more than once — including via a second Account — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all Bonus Funds being forfeited and the Account reviewed for suspension.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the Real Money Funds generated after satisfying wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• 92ok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Active bonuses already accepted and in progress at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms where practically possible.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Use of automated software, betting systems, or coordinated group play strategies designed to exploit bonus structures constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a 92ok Account and make a first qualifying deposit of ৳500 or more may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳25,000. The exact bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, eligible payment methods, and wagering requirement applicable to the welcome bonus are published in the current welcome bonus promotional terms available on the 92ok platform. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period, after which any unmet Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Account.

5.3 Promotional Calendar — Bangladesh Events

92ok runs dedicated promotional campaigns during key Bangladesh gaming calendar events, including BPL season, IPL season, T20 World Cup, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. Betting & Gaming Rules

All cricket betting, live casino games, slots, and specialty game sessions conducted on the 92ok platform are subject to the following general gaming rules. Individual game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe) may publish additional game-specific rules that apply to their respective titles — these are accessible within each game's interface and constitute part of your agreement when launching that game.

6.1 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting markets on 92ok cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, and other major international cricket fixtures. The following rules apply to all cricket wagers:

• All bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted. Live odds change continuously in-play; the odds shown at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
• In the event of a match abandonment, all unsettled bets will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's BDT Wallet, unless a minimum number of overs required for settlement has already been completed under applicable competition rules.
• Wagers placed after the scheduled BST start time of a match on pre-match markets will be void, unless the match start has been officially delayed and the 92ok trading desk has confirmed the market remains open.
• Maximum stake limits per market and per event apply. Current limits are published in the betting interface. 92ok reserves the right to restrict market access or reduce maximum stake limits for individual players at its absolute discretion.
• In cases where a clearly incorrect price is offered due to a technical or human error, 92ok reserves the right to void affected bets at any time before or after settlement, with the staked amount returned to the player's BDT Wallet.

6.2 Live Casino Rules

All live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, game shows) are operated by certified third-party providers. The results of all live dealer games are determined by physical game equipment (cards, wheels) operated by the dealer in real time and are beyond 92ok's control. All live casino game rounds are final once the dealer has announced the result. Technical disruptions occurring prior to result announcement will result in the round being voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Slots & RNG Games

All slots and Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games on 92ok use certified RNG systems independently audited by the respective game providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel. Demo mode is available for most slots titles and does not require real money. Real money results in slots and RNG games are entirely determined by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by the platform operator or the player.

6.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, legal action:

• Collusion with other players, casino employees, or dealer personnel to gain an unfair advantage.

• Sharing Account credentials to allow a third party to gamble on your Account.
• Any form of chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal requests initiated against a valid, processed 92ok deposit.

Account Suspension & Closure

92ok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply. This section describes the conditions under which Account action may be taken and the process that follows.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or incomplete registration information or KYC documents.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of underage gambling.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of money laundering, structuring, or use of the platform for purposes other than genuine recreational gaming.
• Prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.4 of these terms.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder via the responsible gaming tools or support team.
• A request from a law enforcement authority, regulatory body, or court order of competent jurisdiction.

7.2 Consequences of Account Closure

Where an Account is closed for a breach of these terms, 92ok reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds, and pending winnings in the Account pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, remaining Real Money Funds (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in full.

7.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 92ok support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining Real Money Funds at the time of closure will be returned to your designated withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to pending KYC requirements being met. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
